Zilog Z80000



         


The Z80000 was Zilog's 32 bit processor from 1986. It was an extention of the 16-bit Z8000 but with six pipelines and upgraded to 32-bit from 16-bit. Its address bus was 24-bit and it had a 256 byte cache. It is not Z80 compatible.
