In 1992, Sir Norman Foster won yet another architectual contest for the reconstruction of the Reichstag building in Berlin, Germany. His winning concept looked very much different from what was later executed.
Before the reconstruction began, the Reichstag was wrapped by Christo in 1995, attracting millions of visitors.
