WREK-FM

WREK FM ("Wreck") is Georgia Tech's radio station, located at 91.1MHz FM in Atlanta. It is 40kW ERP, and approximately 6kW TPO, making it among the ten highest-power college radio stations in the United States. The antenna is non-directional, and is located on a tower on the campus, connected via studio-transmitter link to the studios near the GTRI. Programming is student-run and extremely diverse, including everything from heavy metal to hip-hop, and Church of the Subgenius.
