Wodoo is washing parts of the body, in clean water, as a part of the preparation for daily prayer, Salah. Wodoo is sometimes considered as an ablution.

One must wash the face, feet, hands, ears, arms and other bodily regions prior to prayer recitation and prostrations.

if someone doesnt find water to wash (do Wadoo) it can be replaced by (Tayamum) , which allows one to ablute eaven if a water is not available , by clapping hands on sand or dry earth , remove what ever sand or earth on them and moving his hand on the parts he intends to ablute.
