William Douglas Cullen



         


William Douglas Cullen, Baron Cullen of Whitekirk, PC (born 18 November, 1935), is a cross bench member of the House of Lords. He was given a Life Peerage in 2003, having been previously known as Lord Cullen by courtesy due to his membership of the Court of Session, where he rose to Lord Justice Clerk after leading an investigation of the Lockerbie bombing. He was named Lord Justice General around the same time he became a life peer.
