Waddle Dee
Waddle Dee is a Nintendo character from the Kirby video game and anime series. Waddle Dee are little creatures that inhabit the planet Popstar. They are similar in size and shape to Kirby; yet are brown rather than Kirby's pink. In Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, a single Waddle Dee helps Kirby but in general they are enemy characters although they don't pose much of a threat. Sometimes they can be seen wielding parasols: when Kirby inhales them he will get the "Parasol" ability. In the anime, Kirby: Right Back at Ya, there are many Waddle Dees that serve their master, King Dedede. In Kirby 64, Waddle Dee is also a friend of Kirby, just like Dedede.
Waddle Doo is a subtype of Waddle Dee. Waddle Doos can fire beam weapons and Kirby can get the "Beam" ability by inhaling them.
