Vanilla Fudge was an American psychedelic rock band that recorded albums from 1967 to 1970. Members included Mark Stein, Tim Bogert, and Joey Brennan (all from Long Island, New York), and Vince Martell and Carmine Appice (both from New York City). Their biggest hit single was "You Keep Me Hanging On"--a slowed down, trippy, hard rock cover of a song originally recorded by The Supremes.
