U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
The U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California is the United States Attorney within the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, covering the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. With more than 17 million residents, these attorneys represent by far the most populous federal judicial district, and the Attorney's office has the second largest number of attorneys in the country after the D.C. District Court.
