Ty Law

Ty Law is an outstanding cornerback for the New England Patriots. He has played with them his entire career. He is a three time Pro Bowler and has intercepted 35 passes in his career. The former Michigan standout returned an interception 48 yards for a touchdown in the Patriots stunning upset win over the St. Louis Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI. In the 2003 AFC Championship game against the Indianapolis Colts, he intercepted three Peyton Manning passes.

After the Patriots second Super Bowl season in 2003-04, Law had a contract dispute and called head coach Bill Belichick a liar because of it. He claimed that he wouldn't play for New England again. However, now he seems to have let those distractions go. In fact, he came back and replied that he wanted to play for the Patriots and end his career with them. He should be able to help the Pats defend their title next year, if all goes well with him and the team.
