Triumph Dolomite

Triumph Dolomite is an automobile from Triumph Motor Company. The Dolomite used the engine developed by Triumph for use in the Saab 99 but with some adaptations for rear wheel drive. The most famous model was the Dolomite Sprint of 1973, which had an advanced two-litre, 16-valve four-cylinder engine. The range remained in production till 1981, replaced by the Honda Ballade-based Triumph Acclaim.

The Dolomite used the centre section of the 1960s? Triumph 1300 but was heavily revised. Michelotti styled both cars.

A cheaper, downmarket version of the Dolomite developed from the 1300 was the stub. You can help BambooWeb by .
