Tripe
Tripe is the stomach of various ruminating animals. Classified as offal, most tripe used for cooking is taken from cows. Of the cow's four stomachs the first three can be used as tripe.
Although not very popular today, tripe is eaten throughout Europe. Famous tripe recipes include:

Tripe is also a slang term synonymous with rubbish, in the sense of something of little value, or nonsense.
