Town Hall railway station, Sydney
Town Hall is a major railway station in inner Sydney, Australia.
Town Hall serves CityRail services on the Northern, Western, Bankstown and Illawarra lines. It has six platforms, and is unusual in that the station is entirely underground and built on two levels, with three platforms on each level. On exiting the station, one can walk directly to the shopping centres located in Queen Victoria Building, the Woolworths Metro building or through the Town Hall Square building leading towards Darling Harbour.
Town Hall is adjacent to Town Hall in the city, and is nearby the Pitt Street Mall.
