The Three Rs are a humorous acronym, somewhat archaic, for a traditional primary school curriculum. They are used by schoolchildren, and stand for "readin', 'ritin', and 'rithmetic".
In environmentalism, the Three Rs stand for recycle, reuse, and reduce.
