Three Rivers is a local government district in Hertfordshire, England. Its council is based in Rickmansworth.

It was formed on April 1, 1974 by the merger of Rickmansworth and Chorleywood urban districts with part of Watford Rural District. The three rivers of the name are the Chess, Gade and Colne.
