The Three Caballeros



         


The Three Caballeros is a 1944 combination live-action and animated film made by Walt Disney, a good-natured romp through Latin America filled with fun and music. Carmen Miranda appears, as well as an animated parrot, Jose Carioca.

This is a sequel to Saludos Amigos.

Donald Duck, Jose Carioca, and Panchito Pistoles form a trio named after the movie's title. Don Rosa liked it so much that he made a sequel to the comics adapatation of the movie.

The film premiered in Mexico City on December 21, 1944. It was released in the USA on February 3, 1945.
