The Green Book



         


The Green Book is a book written by the Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi, outlining his views on democracy and his political philosophy.

It consists of three parts:

There are several translations in English and several authorized and unauthorized editions by several publishers in several countries. All the English translations seem to be currently out of print though there are digital ones (see below) available.

A bilingual (English and Arabic) edition presented as the first volume of many was issued in London by Martin, Brian & O'Keeffe in 1976 with ISBN 0856164100.
