The Assassin, also known as Point of No Return, is a 1993 film directed by John Badham and starring Bridget Fonda. Except for a different ending, it is essentially a scene for scene remake of the 1990 film Nikita, which was written and directed by Luc Besson.
The film's soundtrack included a few songs from Nina Simone and in a way opened her music to a new generation of listeners.
