Swiss Cottage is an area of North-west London in the Borough of Camden.
The area is named after a Public House opened in the 1800s of the same name. The road to Finchley in Barnet passes through here and the area is sometimes referred to as Finchley Road because of the name of the tube station.
Swiss Cottage is part of the Hampstead and Highgate Constituency for which the present MP is Glenda Jackson.
