Street artist

A Street artist is someone who paints or draws pictures for the pleasure of passers-by. Some people will donate give the artist money, usually by placing it into a hat or bucket.

However, a "street artist" does not necessarily mean a visual artist. "Street artist" can also include street performers such as street musicians and street acrobats.
