Stephen Root (born November 17, 1951) is an American comedy actor.
He played Jimmy James on NBC's NewsRadio and provides the voices of Bill Dauterive and Buck Strickland on King of the Hill. He has also appeared in films including Office Space, Ice Age and Finding Nemo.
