Springbok Club
- This article is about the British Springbok Club; there appear to be several other ex-pat associations using the name (from the South African rugby team) which seem to be unaffiliated.
The Springbok Club is an organisation in Britain that looks nostalgically towards the apartheid regime in South Africa as well as that of Rhodesia. The club organises regular functions and dinner evenings where guest speakers have included Frank Maloney, Andrew Hunter, Dennis Delderfield and Neil Hamilton. The Club is commited to causes such as the protection of Gibraltar and holds its main function every November when it celebrates UDI Day to commemmorate Ian Smith declaring Rhodesia as an independent country. The club is based in London with branches across the UK.
