Solar Age

In astrology, the Solar Age is identified with the sign (or "house") of the zodiac that contains the Sun at the moment of the vernal equinox. This location describes a slow apparent circle through the sky due to the precession of the equinoxes, with each age lasting one-twelfth of the complete rotation, or approximately 2,100 years. The current Age of Pisces, which began around the time of Christ, depending on where along the ecliptic the division between the constellations of Aquarius and Pisces is set, is due to end around 2100, when the apparent point of the vernal equinox crosses the dividing line into the constellation of Aquarius. The Age of Pisces will then be replaced by the Age of Aquarius.
