Smith College is a private women's liberal arts college, located in Northampton, Massachusetts. The college was established in 1871 by a bequest of Sophia Smith. It is one of the Five Colleges; the others are Amherst, Mt. Holyoke, and Hampshire Colleges, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. It is also one of the Seven Sisters schools.
The Ada Comstock Scholars Program is a bachelor's degree program for nontraditional students at Smith College.
