Six Flags Worlds of Adventure was an amusement park located in Aurora, Ohio. The park was formed in 2001 when Six Flags purchased SeaWorld of Ohio and connected it to Six Flags Ohio (the renamed old Geauga Lake park). The park was unique in that Six Flags chose to integrate both parks into a single ticket admission.
On March 10th, 2004, Six Flags sold the Six Flags Worlds of Adventure to Cedar Fair, who changed the name back to the old Geauga Lake label. Cedar Fair intends to remove the animal attractions and rename rides whose names are Six Flags trademarks.
