Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen is a fictional character on FOX series The O.C. He is played by Adam Brody.

In the show, he is a Jewish 17-year-old who live in Newport Beach in Orange County (O.C.), California. Seth is a very comical and very sarcastic character on the show. He is the son of Sandy Cohen (played by Peter Gallagher) and of Kirsten Cohen (played by Kelly Rowan). He was befriended at the start of the series by Ryan Atwood (played by Benjamin McKenzie) and has ever since been a popular kid. On the show Seth has a girlfriend named Summer Roberts (played by Rachel Bilson).

At the end of the first season Seth, apparently feeling depressed after Ryan Atwood decides to return to Chino, left Newport Beach on a sailboat. It is speculated that he went to Tahiti.
