Roy Redgrave was born as George Ellsworthy Redgrave in 1871 in England. He was a successful silent film actor and the head of the large Redgrave acting dynasty along with wife Margaret Scudamore. He lived much of his life in Australia and died in Sydney on May 25, 1922.
