Roger Helmer (born 1944) is a British politician. He is Member of the European Parliament for the East Midlands for the Conservative Party. He has been a member of the European Parliament since 1999 and has described himself as a eurosceptic.
Before being elected he was the managing director of a textile company in Leicester.
