Rock en Español is the latest generation of Spanish language rock and roll. Borrowing heavily from British and American rock and roll music and from popular music of Spanish-speaking cultures (cumbia, ranchera, rumba, tango, etc) Rock en Español has evolved from a cult-like music movement to a more well established music genre.
