Ramsar
Ramsar (رامسر) is a town in northern Iran, at the Caspian Sea.
Tourism
For the tourists, it's a sea resort, offers thermal stations, green forests of the Alborz Mountains and the palace of the last Shah.
Some places in this town have the highest concentration of natural radioactivity of the world, which is released by hot springs.

That's also where the Ramsar Convention has been signed.
