Quebec general election, 1952

In the Quebec general election on July 16, 1952, the incumbent Union Nationale under Maurice Duplessis won re-election, defeating the Quebec Liberal Party under Georges-Émile Lapalme.

This was the fourth time (and the third in a row) that Duplessis led his party to a general election victory.

The Liberals considerably improved the number of seats won and their share of the popular vote compared with the previous election of 1948.
