Peter Milliken (born 1946) is Speaker of the Canadian House of Commons and has had that position since 2001. He was elected to the Canadian House of Commons as a Liberal MP for the riding of Kingston and the Islands in the 1988 Canadian election and has been returned in every subsequent election.
