Penza Oblast

Penza Oblast (Пе́нзенская О́бласть) is an administrative division of the Russian Federation. It is located in the Privolzhsky (Volga) Federal District. The administrative center is Penza.

Area 43,200 km², population 1,494,000 (1985).
