At the beginning of the year 1552 Moric the Sas with french king Henri II attacked emperor Charles V near Insbruck.After this even Charles V gave his power in german empire to Ferdinand I. and Ferdinand became the politician head in roma empire.2.8.1552 signed Ferdinand I. with Moric the Sas peace of Passau.It was the first attempt to the religious tolerance which was successful in 1555 at Augsburg.
