Patrick Leclercq (born 1938) is the Minister of State of Monaco.
He was appointed on January 5, 2000, replacing Michel Lévêque. Previously he served as French ambassador to Spain.
Leclercq was born in Lille and graduated from Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA).
