.pr is the country code top-level domain for Puerto Rico. Registrants of .pr domains must be citizens of Puerto Rico, residents, or organizations, or a foreign entity with a presence in Puerto Rico. However, many webmasters prefer to attach the letters "pr" to their website's name, rather than using the .pr domain. For example, the website for the Liberty Cablevision division of Puerto Rico is libertypr.com rather than liberty.pr, liberty.co.pr, or liberty.com.pr
