The Nu people (own names: Nusu, Anung, Zauzou; Chinese: 怒族; pinyin: nù zú) are one of the 56 ethnic groups officially recognized by the People's Republic of China.
They follow either the Lamaistic form of Buddhism, Christainity or their own tribal Animism.
They live in Yunnan province. They do not have a written language of their own.
