NSF is short for Northwest Secessionist Forces in the computer game Deus Ex. Regarded as terrorists by UNATCO as they are known for raiding Ambrosia-shipments (a cure for the "Gray death" plague present in the game) and numerous other acts. Their motive is to give the ordinary people as good as a chance to survive the plague as the rich and "important" people.
