Nicholas I, Duke of Lorraine



         


Nicholas of Anjou (1448 - 1473, in Nancy) was Duke of Lorraine from 1470 to his death. He did not married and had only one illegitimate daughter, hence the duchy was inherited by his cousin René of Vaudemont.
