Mundialization



         


Mundialization is the movement towards repetitive, mundane work, especially among the lower classes of society. Many opponents of globalization see mundialization as one of its primary effects; they argue that the increasing drive for efficiency and spread of enormous trans-national corporations treats lower-level employees as automatons and leaves them little freedom in their jobs.
