Mohammad Jassem Khodayyir is the current Iraqi Minister of Immigration, part of the cabinet appointed by the Interim Iraq Governing Council in September 2003. A Shia Muslim, Khodayyir is a member of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq and the Daawa Party.
