Michel Chartrand (born in Montréal, Québec on June 16, 1916), is a former Quebec militant union leader and politician.
Husband of Simone Monet-Chartrand
President of the Confédération des syndicats nationaux from 1968 to 1978.
In the 1998 Quebec election, he represented the Union des forces progressistes aigainst Lucien Bouchard in Jonquière, finishing third with 14% of the votes.
