The B-Class is a small crossover SUV from Mercedes-Benz, which will be launched in 2005. It is a compact vehicle based on the company's A-Class, and was originally referred to as the CST or Compact Sports Tourer, a nod to the GST R-Class. It will replace the C-Class hatchback as the least-expensive Mercedes-Benz model in the United States, although the A-Class will remain in the showrooms below the B in the rest of the world.
