Mark Green (b. June 1, 1960), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1999, representing the Eighth Congressional District of Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin, and received a degree in Law. He served for six years in the Wisconsin State Assembly before being elected to the House in 1998. He currently serves as Assistant Majority Whip.
