m-flo is a Japanese rap group. m-flo currently consists of Japanese composer Taku and Korean rapper Verbal.
m-flo is an abbreviation for mediarite-flo. Mediarite is a play on the words meteroite, and media rite (of passage).

Lisa
Born Elizabeth Narita Sakura in Tokyo, Japan on October 26, 1974. Lisa is half Colombian and half Japanese. She left in the spring of 2002.
