Louis O. Kelso
Louis O. Kelso was a lawyer and economic thinker whose non-conformist "capitalism" might be compared to the peoples' capitalism ideas of G. K. Chesterton. in 1956 Louis Kelso invented the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
