Long-distance intercourse is a term for the coupling of two beings at a distance. This is found often in Native American folklore.

Coyote, the Trickster is said to have lengthened his penis to enable him to have intercourse with a woman on the opposite bank of a lake.

In Hindu Mythology, Vishnu (as Krishna) is said to have split himself in order to sport with thirty-three gopis (milkmaids) in a stream.
