Lois and Clark

Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman was a live-action television series based on the Superman comic books. It first aired between 1993 and 1997, and starred Dean Cain as Superman/Clark Kent and Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane.

As the title suggests, it focussed as much on the relationship between Clark Kent and Lois Lane as on the adventures of Clark's superpowered alter-ego. A key turning-point in the series was the 1996 episode in which Lois and Clark were married, which was timed to coincide with the corresponding event in the comic books.
