Logan Circle is a neighborhood in Washington, DC. The heart of Logan circle is the intersection of 13th St NW, P st NW, and Rhode Island Ave NW. The intersection is indeed a large circle (Roundabout) with a grassy area in the middle.
In the past decade the area has become gentrified. Housing costs have soared. The commercial corridor along 14st NW is undergoing significant revitalization.
