Liu po (or Liu bo) is an ancient Chinese board game. The earliest known evidence of it is in the 3rd century BCE poem Chao hun by Sung Yu. The game is thought to have disappeared by the 6th century CE.
Although there are a large number of literary references to the game and a number of artistic impressions, liu po has yet to be successfully reconstructed.
