  List of Sydney railway stations

This is a list of railway stations in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, operated by the Government-owned CityRail organisation.

The network extends for over 2000 km, covering as far as Newcastle and Scone to the north, over the Blue Mountains west to Lithgow, south to Bomaderry-Nowra, and southwest to Goulburn. The network has a total of 301 stations, more than the London Underground. In contrast, the Tube has a total distance of only 408km, and has 275 stations. In a city of 4 million, the network carries around 1 million people a day.

Due to the complex nature of the network, many lines share stations, meaning that some stations may be listed multiple times. Also note that the East Hills, South, Bankstown and Inner West lines share the City Circle, a balloon shaped line that skirts the CBD. The City Circle is not a loop. Central is the major city hub station, in which nearly every line passes through.

Stations listed in italics are underground stations.
